RONO STRATA, FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
Ron Strada is the Facilities & Maintenance Director at Night Owl Bay. He is a Mechanical and Engineering Technical expert with over 20 years of experience in construction, especially in drainage, plumbing, foundation, electrical systems, and building. He designs systems for artificial water delivery and hydroponic systems. His ability to understand and adapt equipment to meet project priorities and user needs is key to adapting equipment in an educational setting. He also oversees code requirements, and safety in our project builds. Graduated with a B.S. in Mechanics with a Masters in Aviation Mechanical Engineering from the Royal and Pontifical University of San Carlos of Guatemala and went on to Universidad Rafael Landívar to complete Graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior to this, Ron ran his own business in Auto Mechanics and was licensed in Special Needs and Elderly Care. He has always had a strong interest in how things work. He also enjoys applying his skills and passion to how technology can better humanity, improve existing applications, and provide a better learning experience in education.
